SOLUTION

Completed in 2002, this project was designed and programmed to bring an existing outmoded Verizon Bill Payment Center into the next generation of products and online services.  As a Northeast prototype for a successful facility, in widespread use out West, the client selected this Manhattan site for its high traffic volume and its urgent need for aesthetic enhancement. The most critical element in the design and construction of this branch was maintaining the complete business operations of the store open to the public throughout the entire duration of the project. The program required a distinctive edge for product and service marketing visibility that the facility previously lacked.
